- Chandigarh, September 24- Haryana Government has directed all the administrative secretaries and heads of departments that the disbursement of any kind of compensation to a victim by any state government departments or authorities or autonomous bodies or Commissions under any Act or Rules or Policies or Guidelines or Court orders or CM announcements, will be made only by direct transfer through Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or any other electronics method into the bank account of victim or his or her parents or his or her legal heirs.
