- Chandigarh, Sept 6 – Haryana Electronics and Information Technology Department today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Mitra Medical Services LLP for setting up their new unit for manufacturing of medical electronics devices in Faridabad.
- The MoU was signed by Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department, Mr. Vijayendra Kumar and Designated Partner, M/s Mitra Medical Service LLP, Mr. Nitin Mahajan in the presence of Principal Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department.
- While giving this information here today, Mr. Vijayendra Kumar said that the State Government is working to position Haryana as a pre-eminent investment destination for IT investors. In recent time, many prospective investors from IT and ESDM sectors have shown their keen interest to set up their units in Haryana.
- The M/s Mitra Medical Services LLP is a pioneer in the manufacturing of highly specialized medical electronics devices in India. This project will bring investment of Rs 30 crore in the state with an expected employment of more than 120 employees.
- Mr. Ankur Gupta appreciated M/s Mitra Medical Services LLP endeavour to set up medical electronics manufacturing unit in the state and also assured that the State Government would facilitate the company towards establishment of manufacturing unit as per the provisions/notified schemes of the IT and ESDM policy -2017.
- He informed that the State Government is also offering special incentive on top of standard package for Mega and Ultra Mega Projects under IT and ESDM policy-2017. He also mentioned that many new investments are expected to come in the state which will not only generate employment opportunities for the youth, but also contribute to the overall development in the state.
- Others present on this occasion included Officer In charge – IT and ESDM Policy, Electronics and Information Technology Department, Mr. Nitin Bansal, Principal Investment Specialist, Invest India, DDIP, Mr. Uday Munjal, Senior ADO, Electronics and Information Technology Department, Mr. Ravinder Singh and representatives from M/s Mitra Medical Services LLP.
