- Chandigarh, September 9- Haryana School Education Department has allotted various districts to officers or officials of the department for Monthly Academic Monitoring.
- While giving this information, a spokesman of the department said that this monitoring would lay emphasis on academic progress, that is, result of student assessment test, Half Yearly, Annual exams.
- The other aims of this monitoring are infrastructure requirement including checking of condemned buildings, enrollment status of the schools, reviewing Skill Passbook and its progress, observation of Joyful Saturday, reviewing various facilities provided under Right to Education, proper execution of various academic activities like- programmes related to promotion of English, promotion of science, mathematics, strengthening of Eco-Clubs, Adolescence education,
- legal literacy, Road Safety Clubs, Quiz Clubs, promotion of cultural activities, status of science laboratories and others.
- He said that under Monthly Academic Monitoring, the ongoing departmental activities would also be monitored.
